> Salt Lake City studio that sets up and runs the systems behind service businesses: every lead answered within 60 seconds (first reply measured at 2.9 seconds on its own line), missed-call text back, an AI receptionist, lead follow-up, review requests to Google and Facebook with no gating, a CRM run for the owner, and answer engine optimization so the business shows up when people ask Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini who to call. Founder-led by Artie Martello; a small team directs an engineering fleet. The team has 15+ live, deployed software products of its own, and the same systems it sells are the ones running its own business: the phone line is answered by its AI front desk, the contact form feeds its own CRM (Relay), and bookings run on its own calendar engine.
